This is the first end-to-end IP network and the largest network in the Asia Pacific region at the time of its implementation. This connects the State Secretariat in Gandhinagar, the Capital of Gujarat, with other Govt offices across the state on Leased Lines.

State Network Center and District Network Center - 2 Mbps.
District Network Center to Taluka Network Center - 64 Kbps.
Acts as an information highway and has facilitated intra governmental communications.
Provides a reliable Video conferencing facility between State and District Head Quarters and now it is being extended to Taluka Head Quarters.
Provides network support to important e-Gov applications such as e-Dhara (Land Records) etc.
