- The network will provide Voice, FAX, Data communication between District Police HQs, State Police HQs, and Central Police HQs in New Delhi using SATCOM Technology.
- Extension of connectivity to Police Stations in each state is provided using MART (Multi Access Radio Terminal) system through respective District HQs.
- Connectivity is provided to National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) computers, for access to the Criminal Information DATABASE.
- Hub Facility: 11 Meter satellite earth station with NMS at DELHI HQs
- National Network: Delhi HQ and 40 State Capitals provided with Heavy Duty VSAT Terminals (384 Kpbs DATA, 5 Voice circuits), PC & Peripherals
- State Network: 793 VSAT Terminals at district HQs providing 64Kpbs DATA, 3 Voice circuits, PC & Peripherals
- District Network: 12000 Police Stations with MART telephone Facility
